Refund, Return & Exchange Policy
Each piece is crafted exclusively for you. Due to the nature of made-to-order jewellery, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order is confirmed.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted only in the event of:
- Manufacturing defects
- Incorrect product delivered
Any such issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, supported by an unboxing video and clear images.
Upon approval, the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Replacements will be issued post quality inspection.
Non-Eligible Cases
Exchanges or refunds will not be applicable for:
- Minor variations in colour, stone size, or finish due to handcrafted processes
- Size issues once confirmed by the customer
- Damage caused due to wear, negligence, or mishandling
- Sale, discounted, or promotional orders
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
Once production has commenced, cancellations or modifications will not be permitted.
Refunds (If Appliable)
In exceptional cases where a refund is approved, the amount will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment.
