Shipping Policy
All our jewellery is handcrafted and made to order. Orders are processed within 7–14 business days from the date of confirmation. Any variation in timelines for customised pieces will be communicated in advance.
Domestic Shipping (India):
Delivered within 2–7 business days after dispatch.
International Shipping:
Delivered within 7–14 business days after dispatch, subject to customs clearance.
Shipping Charges:
- Complimentary shipping within India
- International shipping charges are calculated at checkout
- Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp.
- For international shipments, any customs duties, taxes, or import charges levied by the destination country shall be borne solely by the customer.
